Risk in agriculture is represents the phenomen which has the effect of existence of conditions for financial losses for agricultural producers. More than other branches of national economy, agriculture is subject to strong expression of factors, most unpredictable and therefore difficult to monitor and control, which have major impacts on production and economic results. The vulnerability of agriculture to climate change has significant effects on output and its variability in time and space, with significant effects on methods of risk assessment. Production risk is the risk caused by producing saling and of production. The main factors causing this type of risk are reducing production volumes and producing of product’s price.
