In recent years 1,3,4-oxadiazoles have received considerable attention due to their wide range of biological activities and practical importance. They form an important class of five-member heterocyclic compounds with a variety of derivatives. This review will focus on several methods of synthesis for mono-substituted and symmetrically 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazoles. |
