Orientation of higher education institutions of the Republic of Moldova towards quality is already a true thing. Along with this observation, the authors of the article underline the most viable way to reach this aim – implementing management quality system within higher education institutions. In this context, the authors highlight the importance and advocate for the implementation of an integrated quality management system. The main elements of such a system conceptualized by authors are being presented in the article. At the same time, the authors advocate for the implementation of other international standards within higher education institutions, especially ISO 220001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. |
