În acest articol este prezentată informaţia referitoare la lansarea în cadrul AGEPI a sistemului informaţional de depunere online a cererilor OPI şi de achitare online a taxelor, utilizând semnătura electronică. Sunt descrise procedurile de lansare a sistemului, înregistrarea în sistem şi procedura de autentificare. Din momentul identificării de către sistem, solicitantuluii se deschide Cabinetul personal de lucru. După autentificare, în meniul Ajutor pot fi vizualizate ”Ghidul de utilizare a sistemului” şi ”Ghidul de completare a cererilor OPI”. Este descris orarul de depunere online a cererilor OPI şi de achitare a taxelor la AGEPI. De menţionat faptul că procedurile prezentate vor contribui la automatizarea şi gestionarea mai eficientă a expertizei cererilor depuse şi a procesului tehnologic în ansamblu. Implementarea sistemului informaţional va optimiza procesul tehnologic de depunere a cererilor OPI şi a documentelor aferente. În consecinţă, priorităţile serviciului privind depunerea online a cererilor de protecţie a OPI şi a documentelor aferente determină trecerea la următorul nivel al TI, similar celui din alte oficii europene de proprietate intelectuală.

This article presents information on the launch by the AGEPI of the Information System of Online Submission of IPO Applications and Online Payment of Fees, using the electronic signature. It describes the procedures for system launch, registration in the system and the authentication procedure. From the moment of identification by the system, the Personal Desktop (PD) will be opened to the applicant. After logging in the system, in the Help menu can be viewed the “User’s Guide” and “Guide to the Completion of IPO Applications”. It is described the schedule of online submission of IPO applications and payment of fees to the AGEPI. It should be noted that the presented procedures will help automate and better manage the examination of submitted applications and the technological process as a whole. Implementation of information system will optimize the technological process of submission of IPO applications and related documents. Consequently, service priorities for online submission of applications for protection of IPO and related documents determine the transition to the next IT development level, similar to that in other European intellectual property offices.
