Rezumat

In order to insure an adequate level of national economy’s competitiveness which would facilitate the integration process to the European Union, it is necessary to define a clear economic policy that supposes a transformation from actual agrarian economy to an informational-innovative one. A primary problem is to transform the Moldavian economic system in a competitive one, based on advanced technologies, with a stress on developing the national industry. By creating a stable regulation climate in accordance with the international one, oriented to assuring a favorable business and investment climate, it would be possible to attract foreign direct investments, the key of economic system’s transformation.
