The TV digitization should be based only on principles that protect and strengthen the freedom of the expression, press freedom and access to the information. Otherwise, prevents the same experts will be obvious negative impact of the digitization, which will lead to monopolization of the media market, reducing the media pluralism and blocking the flow of the information. |
