Having statistics on pilots’ morbidity and mortality would help to analyze how actually requirements JAR – FCL 3 do work in Republic of Moldova and how does it satisfy the flight safety. The advantages of the actually requirements JAR – FCL 3 gradually convince the pilots to face medical examiners compelling them to trust the fact that medicine and flying are allies with the common goal – to keep pilots flying highly respecting the flight safety. The need for the genuine but not formal harmonization of the requirements among states and common data base of pilots fitness is imperative. |
