Rezumat

Nowadays the concern for the implementation of new strategis and polices in the Health System becomes more and more evident. The aim of this implementation i sto increase the rate of contetment among patients, to decrease costs, and therefore to increase and develop efficiency, to ensure access to high quality health services for all citizens of the country, regardless their social status, a continuous betterment of quality of medicale services. The facility of access to all these measures can be achieved only through the team work of experts whose attention must be focused on the patient at all times.
