The aim of this article is o highlight the similarities between Al. Scriabin’s harmonic language and the romantic principles in his works. From the achievements of his predecessors Liszt and Chopin, Scriabin managed to combine them organically with the innovative revolutionary tendencies of the early 20th century music. Al. Scriabin’s works abound in features of romantic harmony, but they appear in a totally new light. |
