Rezumat

Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) - the copyrights, patents, trademarks and similar rights on which the share of creative and innovative products and services is based, play a vital role in the development of the economies of developed and developing countries around the world, by stimulating innovation, by offering large and small companies a series of tools to contribute to their success and to the benefit of consumers and society through a continuous flow of innovative and competitive products and services and an extension of the general state of knowledge of the society.
