The article examines the process of accession of joining the European Union of, focusing on political and diplomatic aspects. The discussion highlights the details around the 31 chapters of the Community's Asquis, particularly those relating to law, justice and home affairs, foreign policy and security policy. I also analyzed the basic papers on the implementation of European legislation and the planning process of Romanization Community's legislative Asquis. It is noted that joining the EU involves, involves certain operations that need to be strictly observed.
