Rezumat | ||||||
The article deals with the problem of improving the professional competence of teachers in the mode of experimental activity. Particular attention is paid to the essence of professional competence, its structure and types. The experience of many years of scientific management of experimental platforms of different levels on the basis of educational institutions in different regions of the Republic of Mari El is summarized. The results of the experimental study are given and the conclusion is made that the experimental work is an important factor in improving the professional competence of teachers. |
