| Rezumat | ||||||
The major difficulty in solving the problem of understanding natural language by computer consists in strict operating with elements with determined algorithms and mathematical models. This article presents the idea of language as a system approach that develops in response to the properties and requirements of its environment by adaptation mechanisms in analogy to biological evolution and solving the linguistic problems of machine translation based on synergetic rules. |
