The author of the present work analyses the notion and the structure of the forensic expertise report, the particularities of the graphological expertise report, in particular, taking into account the present penal-processual legislation of the Republic of Moldova and the judicial practice regarding the judicial expertise of the handwriting and signature. He brings arguments in favour of a legislation suggestion of improving and optimisation of the graphological expertise report and its evaluation by the criminal investigation authority and the judge. |
