Rezumat

This article tells us about communication through social media tools within organizations, which is a bridge between the organization and its customers.The most important theoretical landmarks are focusing on the review of the definition, role and impor-tance of communication through social media tools. This article has a comparative analysis of the factors, advantages and efficiency of communication through social media tools, as well as it informs about different social media platforms that are used nowadays by a lot of companies in order to be closer to their clients, and to be more competitive on market place.
