Statistics is the border science, is the methodological science, and is the kind of empirical knowledge, which has become indispensable for understanding the phenomena of nature and society. Empirical knowledge about any field of activity makes appeal to the numerical data, the processing of which leads to the definition of patterns in different areas of research under the influence of statistical laws. That’s why the free interpretation and the change in statistical methodology lead to erroneous conclusions that can change the whole attitude to the subject or process. Therefore in this paper are structured organizational and methodological issues, the resolution of which would improve the perception of correct statistical information.
