The COVID-19 crisis has created a sudden need for public administration authorities and their employees to introduce or strengthen remote work. Information and communication technologies have played a vital role in facilitating this transition and ensuring business continuity. With the end of the health crisis, the fu-ture of teleworking is being raised in new terms. The experience of teleworking has certainly encouraged the continuation of this practice, but the scale of the phenomenon raises many questions: do we expect telework to become widespread or, on the contrary, to return to levels close to those before 2020? |
