The conceptual idea of the modern world is the idea of awareness of human rights and respect for the rights of other people. Early promotion of showing respect for rights contributes to students’ intercultural learning and the development of a culture of human rights. The child understands the need for rightful behavior, which includes both a system of knowledge and skills about the rights of each person, and a value attitude towards others. When assessing the aspects of human rights education, the teacher needs to clarify what children know about human rights, how the principles of children's rights are observed in the classroom and in the school community, what kind of actions it is important to take to master information about rights. The process of teaching human rights in the context of the activities of primary schoolchildren represents not only an understanding of rights, but also an understanding of what needs to be done in the interests of human rights. The purpose of such education is to help students reach the point where they can understand and feel the importance of human rights, as well as respect and protect the rights of others. It is important to consistently develop the knowledge, skills and values that a child needs to create a just world free from human violations.

Ideea conceptuală a lumii moderne este ideea de conștientizare a drepturilor omului și de respect pentru drepturile altor oameni. Promovarea timpurie a respectării drepturilor favorizează învățarea interculturală la elevi și dezvoltarea unei culturi a drepturilor omului. Copilul înțelege necesitatea unui comportament drept, care include atât un sistem de cunoștințe și abilități despre drepturile fiecărei persoane, cât și o atitudine valorică față de ceilalți. Când profesorul evaluează aspecte ale activității de învățare a drepturilor omului, el trebuie să clarifice ce știu copiii despre drepturile omului, cum sunt respectate principiile drepturilor copilului în clasă și în comunitatea școlară, ce fel de acțiuni este important să fie întreprinse pentru a stăpâni informațiile despre drepturi. Procesul de predare a drepturilor omului în contextul activităților copiilor din școala primară reprezintă nu numai o înțelegere a drepturilor, ci și o înțelegere a ceea ce trebuie făcut în interesul drepturilor omului. Scopul unei astfel de instruiri este de a ajuta elevilor să ajungă la punctul în care ei pot înțelege și simți importanța drepturilor omului și să respecte și să protejeze drepturile celorlalți. Este important să fie dezvoltate în mod constant cunoștințele, abilitățile și atitudinile valorice de care are nevoie un copil pentru a crea o lume justă, fără încălcări umane.
