Today, the world has intensied attention to communication, government and community, especially as a result of the ght against the Covid-19 pandemic. e new wave of communicative activity is aimed at developing modern approaches to the practice of public communication, mobility, eciency, which should comply with the principles of sustainable development. With the development of the information society, new views appear on the work of the institute of public control. We have attempted to actualize the concept of public control as an important element in the formation of civil society in Ukraine. Also, the nature of public control was taken, where Public control was considered under the inuence of globalization, namely: the development of the information society, and the expansion of communication opportunities between public authorities and civil society institutions formed in modern conditions. In our opinion, this approach provided an opportunity not only to actualize the concept of public control, but also to prove that public control is subject to qualitative transformations that change civil society and the state as a whole.
