Rezumat

The criminal procedure law holds an important place in the mechanism and system of ensuring the inviolability of the person, of bringing to criminal liability only on the basis of legal grounds, respecting the rights of all participants in the trial. The problem regarding the particularities of hearing within the judicial inquiry in the field of comparative law is approached for a long period of time in the specialized literature. Several specialists in the field have brought on this subject contribution at interna-tional scale. The desire to contribute to solving these questions led us to conduct such a scientific study. At the same time, the investigation in question cannot claim to reflect all the aspects related to the subject of the hearing within the judicial inquiry in the comparative criminal trial. The topic of the article was selected because the subject in question must underlie a detailed investigation, and the most successful ideas are required to be highlighted and explained in order to identify solutions that can be taken in the criminal trial of the Republic of Moldova to streamline the hearing of participants during the judicial inquiry.
