Rezumat

Currently, there is a certain level of experience in prosecuting trafficking in human beings, but at the same time many questions remain unanswered being not examined in the scientific papers and lacking the appropriate recommendations on criminal prosecution actions, special investigative measures, other measures and activities. There is also an obvious deficit in complex research of the interference of the criminal procedure law and other legal sciences. However, at present, the scientific research on the experience gained in the investigation of trafficking in human beings is segmental and has a local character, requiring proper development and complex and continuous summary approaches in the field. On the one hand, the very criminal activity of trafficking in human beings has become alarmingly widespread in the Republic of Moldova, and on the other hand, the bodies have failed to accumulate and put in place an appropriate scientific basis for advanced positive experience in discovery and prosecuting in relation to this category of offenses.
