Rezumat

T he establishment under the Sirs authority of a new series of monosomic and ditelosomic lines of wheat Chining Spring, has contributed to the creation and development of a new direction in the genetics of wheat. The process of obtaining a new series of substituted lines to different wheat varieties, triggered the study of the genetic effects of a certain chromosome, appeared at the recipient variety. As a result of the researches made, during the years 1982-1991, at the level of diploid sporophyte, there were examined and identified the genes which determine the expression of the following wheat characteristics: spring wheat, beardead, ear corning down, colouring, duration of the vernalization and other. But, the impact of the characteristic’s variability of the male gametophyte on the substituted lines, has not been explored yet. The aim of the current researches is to establish the level of the influence of the foreign genome chromosome (of the variety) on certain characteristics of the male gametophyte nucleuses.
