The research of a 200 students revealed the following data: 33,6% students showed interest for study; 47,3% try to be good but they don’t demonstrate much interest 6,7% don’t have clear opinion about why they study, and 12,4 % learn to avoid punishments. At the same time 33% students was been motivated intrinsic, and 66% was been motivated extrinsic for learning. Intrinsic motivated student’s accorded great importance to needs of achievement and gaining of recognition. Extrinsic motivated students are preoccupied to have higher education and diploma.
The student’s needs investigation showed the following hierarchy: 25.5% students consider esteem needs the most important for his life. 22% of students are preoccupied for security needs; 19.8% for social belongings and 18.2% are mostly interested for material needs satisfaction. The tendency for self/actualization demonstrated only 14.9% of students. Researched students assess as very important the following social values: love and intimasy, mental and phisical health, good friends and intelectual development. The most few important social values, they considers: the tendency to relate about beauty in nature; cultural development; creativity and amusement. |
