| Rezumat | ||||||
The article addresses the issue of argumented and explicit reasoning of court decisions as a fundamental guarantee of the quality of justice. The court decision, the legal nature of the court decision, the quality and the practice of its reasoning are analyzed. Invoking the existing doctrines in the field, as well as Romania’s experience, the author proposes solutions to overcome the existing situation in the Republic of Moldova in order to complete the process of final consolidation of the rule of law. |
