| Rezumat | ||||||
The study focuses on investigating the normative basis and the fact of constitutional liability as a guarantee of strengthening the constitutionality regime in the Republic of Moldova. The article addresses the need to develop the scientific concept of the legal liability of the state, of its bodies and its officials. In the Republic of Moldova this fact will contribute substantially to the normative regulation and the efficient practical realization of the liability mechanism and, finally, to the edification and consolidation of the rule of law. |
