The article analyzes the ethical perspectives of the formation and implementation of personnel policy in the civil service, which is based on the mission, basic principles and requirements for the qualities and standards of behavior of civil servants. The position is defended by supporting the fact that the personnel policy should be focused both on the maximum realization of the social purpose of the profession, and on providing opportunities for the creative self-realization of civil servants. |
