Rezumat

The theoretical aspects that concern the work and recreation insufficiency in the Republic of Moldova in this article are reflected. There is emphasized the legal frame and there are characterized the types of work (normal, reduced, partial) and types of rest (breaks during the working day, of holiday, rest days, at the end of the week, paid vacations: annualy paid, additional, social, un­ paid). The contents of the study is realized in correlation with the international activities ratified by the Republic of Moldova.
