Rezumat

Currently, more and more often, in the poultry breeding as feed additives are used various biologically active substances with growth-stimulating effect, but preferably of natural origin.. One of these substances with a stimulating effect of egg production in hens is represented by the biomass obtained from Streptomyces. The study on the efficiency of the use of Streptomyces biomass were organized within JV”PB Nord”LLC from village Blesteni, Edinet district on the Lohmann Brown laying hens hybrid. According to the principle of analogs were formed, by random sampling, two batches of laying hens (one control and another experimental), 140 days aged, and with 100 heads in each batch. The investigation lasted itself 34 weeks. The used working methods were those included in the specialised literature. The maintenance and feeding conditions for the hens in the experiment were those recommended in the breeding guide of the Lohmann Brown laying hens hybrid. The use of 0.1% Streptomyces biomass in nutrition recipes for laying hens increased egg production by 1.2% and mass egg production per hen by 2.3%. The feed consumption per 10 eggs and feed consumption per 1 kg egg mass decreased by 3,8%.
