Rezumat | ||||||
In the volume Roman-simulacru (Novel-Simulacrum) the poet Grigore Chiper is
maintained, as in other volumes of poetry, in the register of delicate lyricism, of subtlety
and depth of the spirituality. In the face of a real that is suffering from broken existentiality,
inconsistency and futility, the poet contrasts the saving power of imagination and bookish
style. His poetry is an alloy in which existence blends with the text. Contraction in silence,
time, irreversibility, nostalgia, pleasure and the ordeal of loneliness as well as the desire to
communicate remain some core themes of Grigore Chiper’s creation, crossed by waves of
poetic hypersensitivity.
