Rezumat

The article is devoted to the most topical problem of contemporary migration processes – the formation and transformation of the EU migration policy. Ever since the formation of the integration association, the migration process clearly is in the process of evolution and convergence. The main objectives were defined formation of internal mobility alliance with the simultaneous strengthening of controls at external borders. At the same time, the main problem of migration the EU defines illegal migration and the formation of the system of selection of skilled migration stream. However, the events of 2015, which defined a new design of migration in Europe, made it necessary to transform the migration – establishing the rules in order to preserve solidarity within the Schengen system, in order to prevent its collapse. Through solidarity and humanism of the EU tried to create an effective mechanism for the protection of refugees, which is to improve every new stage. However, developments in 2015 significantly undermined sustained consultation process that was under threat of liquidation across the developed practice of the previous years. Thus, the article traced the process of building the EU migration policy on loyalty and adap-tation of migrants and refugees, to enhance process control and avoid undesired flows.
