Apărarea vieţii persoanei a constituit o trăsătură comună tuturor sistemelor de drept, din cele mai vechi timpuri. Astfel, dreptul la viață este cel mai natural drept al omului și este reglementat, nuanțat în constituțiile lumii, astfel încât actuala Constituție a Republicii Moldova prevede cele trei drepturi cetățenești fundamentale, respectiv dreptul la viață, dreptul la integritate fizică și dreptul la integritate psihică. În acest articol ne propunem să analizăm măsurile generale victimologice ce se impun în cazul infracţiunilor de omor. Uneori, prevenirea victimologică este unica soluţie spre soluţionare a principalelor direcţii de prevenire a acestei infracţiuni.

The defense of a person’s life has been a common feature of all legal systems since ancient times. Thus, the right to life is the most natural human right and is regulated, nuanced in the world’s constitutions, so that the current Constitution of the Republic of Moldova provides the three fundamental civil rights, namely the right to life, the right to physical integrity and the right to mental integrity. In this article we aim to analyze the general victimological measures required in the case of murder offenses. Sometimes, victimological prevention is the only solution to solve the main directions of prevention of this crime.
