For research on drought resistance to wheat there were used primers to the DREB 1 genes. In PCR reactions for amplification of the AND are investigated three genes - specific primers for DREB 1 genes. At application of marker P18F / PR at all genotypes of wheat were amplified on two bands: one band in the area 811-850 bp, other band in the area 735-777 bp. In the process of application of marker P22F / PR at all wheal genotypes were amplified fragments in the area 639-675 bp. At application of marker P25F / PR at all wheat genotypes were amplified fragments in the area 609-658 bp. Skrining of various genotypes of wheat revealed gene DREB 1 on the third chromosome of genomes A,B and D. |
