The thematic spectrum of this paper aims to orient teachers towards an education focused on facilitating learning, expanding the psychological dimension regarding the development of creativity, relationships, student socialization, stimulating student decision-making, student-centered learning, comprehensive listening to students, etc.. Indeed, all these topics taken as a whole, force teachers to develop self-efficacy (personal efficiency), which has become a precondition and a priority in educating the young generation. As for the psychological and moral well-being of teachers, it is in a relationship of interdependence with the well-being of the student.
