Rezumat

Disruption of the normal operation of Biological treatment plant (BTP) Chisinau, which consists in emitting various odors and reducing the quality of treated wastewater (WW) treatment is caused by the discharge of excessively polluted WW, generated by food companies „Cod Mostra”, LLC „Slavena Lux”, LLC Zernoff ”and others. In the fi rst place after the pollution potential are the enterprises: „Cod Mostra”, which generates WW with a high degree of pollution after many components: it generates wastewater with the value pH = 4.2 (very acidic) and pH 10.14 (very basic), which exceed maximum allowable concentration (MAC) for chemical oxigen demanded (COD) more than 300 times, biological oxygen demand (BOD) more than 400 times, and MAC for suspended materials about 40 times. In second place after the pollution potential are the enterprises of LLC „Slavena Lux”, which generate WW with pH = 13.5 (very basic), which exceed MAC for COD – 32 times, for BOD – 32 times and suspended materials of about 16 times. On the third place after the pollution potential are the enterprises of LLC „Zernoff ”, which discharges wastewater with pH = 4.80 (very acidic), exceeding the MAC for COD 4.0 times, for BOD 4.0 times and materials in suspension – 2.1 times. The company SRL „Floreni Servicii” discharges WW that exceed the MAC COD – 6.18 times, exceeding the MAC BOD 4.24 times and the suspended matter 3.61 times. The exceedances after the chemical consumption of oxygen, ammoniacal nitrogen and phosphorus, which took place in 2015-2019 for the treated water at the Chisinau treatment plant are caused by the discharge of wastewater from food companies with an excessive degree of pollution.
