The work represents an experience of Iasi high education in the  eld of the inventiveness and contribution of other institutions and centers of the world, accentuating the place and the role of the afferent disciplines in formation of the future specialists in the  eld of the technical creativity and protection of the intellectual, industrial and cultural property rights. Moreover, there are represented some aspects related to the conceiving the fundamental disciplines and courses, in the profession and practical ones, side by side with the methodology of elaboration of the analytic programs and plans of education, through the prism of contributions brought by WIPO, universities and other international and national organizations in the  eld. In relation to the above mentioned, it is evident the role of the state bodies which shall stimulate the autochthonous technical creation from the conception up to the application.
