In the conditions of the market economy the intellectual property protection constitutes a fundamental problem. This protection includes the interdependent systems with general principles, but nevertheless specific and delimited in the frame of the valid legislation. In this article we would like to highlight the following three systems: granting and providing the protection, and fight against the counterfeit and piracy.
