Introducere. Toxiinfecțiile аlimentаre apar în scurt timp după îngerаrea produselor alimentare infectate cu bаcterii sau/și toxinele lor și prezintă manifestări digestive caracteristice. Introduction. Food poisoning shortly appear after the swallowing of infected foods with bacteria and/or their toxins and represent characteristic digestive manifestations. Objective of the study. Analysis of morbidity by food poisoning in the population of the republic in order to increase the prophylactic measures. Material and methods. Descriptive epidemiological study. The morbidity through food poisoning in 2011-2018 in the Republic of Moldova has been analyzed. For the analysis, data from annual statistical reports there were used. The dynamics of morbidity, the particularities of epidemiological manifestation according to etiological factor, conditions of occurrence, population groups were studied. Results. The average incidence of food poisoning in the republic between 2011-2018 constituted 68,1 cases per 100 000population. In the capital, it was 1,3 times comparative the republic. In 85,2% cases the etiologic factor was not determined. Most cases – 48% were reported in the Center region of the country. The majority of cases (67,0%) were registered in the su mmer-autumn months, the seasonal growth index being 32,9%. In children the incidence was higher than 4,5 times that in adults, and the cases of infections were recorded in children under the age of 7 years (30,2%), non-institutionalized (69,5%). The urban sector includes 70% of the total number of cases. Foods identified as transmission factors were: the meat following 21,6%, fish 26,8%, confectionery and pastry 15,3%. The marketing of products was predominantly in food stores 53% and market 25,9%. Conclusions. Food toxicity has a su mmer-to-autumn seasonality, mainly affecting children and urban population. |
