Статья посвящена исследованию понятия и элементов административно-правового статуса окружных административных судов в Украине. Рассмотрено понятие «правовой статус», в частности как многоаспектная категория, которая позволяет раскрыть особенности субъекта правоотношений, а по сравнению с правовым статусом других участников отношений - выявить имеющиеся недостатки и сформулировать направления их устранения. Раскрыто доктринальные подходы к пониманию правового статуса суда. Выяснено отсутствие единства среди ученых в подходах к определению содержания административно-правового статуса. Установлено, что цель, задачи, компетенции и организационная структура, юридические гарантии и юридическая ответственность окружного административного суда в Украине являются составляющими его административно-правового статуса, которые закреплены на законодательном уровне и в совокупности определяют правовое положение указанного суда среди субъектов административных правоотношений.

The article is devoted to the study of the concept and elements of the administrative and legal status of district administrative courts in Ukraine. The concept of “legal status” is considered, in particular, as a multifaceted category that reveals the characteristics of the subject of legal relations, and compared with the legal status of other participants in the relationship - to identify existing shortcomings and formulate directions for their elimination. Doctrinal approaches to understanding the legal status of the court are revealed. There is a lack of unity among scholars in their approaches to determining the content of administrative and legal status. It is established that the purpose, tasks, competencies and organizational structure, legal guarantees and legal responsibility of the district administrative court in Ukraine are components of its administrative and legal status, which are enshrined in law and together determine the legal status of the court among the subjects of administrative relations.

Articolul este dedicat studiului conceptului și elementelor statutului administrativ-juridic al instanțelor administrative districtuale din Ucraina. Conceptul de „statut juridic” este considerat, în special, ca o categorie multidimensională, care permite să dezvăluie caracteristicile subiectului raporturilor juridice și, în comparație cu statutul juridic al altor participanți la relații - să identifice deficiențele existente și să formuleze direcții pentru eliminarea acestora. Sunt dezvăluite abordările doctrinare pentru înțelegerea statutului juridic al instanței. A fost clarificată lipsa de unitate în rândul oamenilor de știință în abordările de determinare a conținutului statutului administrativ-juridic. S-a stabilit că obiectivul, obiectivele, competențele și structura organizațională, garanțiile juridice și responsabilitatea juridică a instanței administrative districtuale din Ucraina sunt componente ale statutului său administrativ și juridic, care sunt consacrate la nivel legislativ și, împreună, determină statutul juridic al acestei instanțe printre subiecții raporturilor juridice administrative.
