The educational system in most European countries is constantly evolving through a series of transformations, putting into action the exercise of those activities (including psychological ones), which continuously develop the individual and the social environment. The approach and organization of the psychological service for students in the general education system are in interaction with the psycho-social and ethno-cultural dimensions and interdependent with the challenges of the contemporary world. Usually, the existing psychological services in different countries represent differentiated structures and have their specific particularities, although they solve similar problems.The thematic spectrum of this paper includes various interpretations of the essence of the school psychological service, highlights the experience of organization and the quality of psycho-pedagogical assistance implemented in Italy. |
