In the general education system, in parallel with the contemporary challenges and approaches, starting from the modern trends and orientations addressed in the process of developing the national education system at all levels of general education, but also from the need to change and implement national policies, the vector of dimension education is oriented towards ensuring the continuous modernization of the education system, raising the level of quality in education, professional training of teachers in the necessary fields, etc. In the context of the ideas presented, it increases the need to develop the system of pedagogical values, increases the requirements for justifying the successful pedagogical experience and the promotion at national level of the good practices in the education of the young generation of students, the need to attract young specialists in the educational system, the need for adaptation, affirmation and socio-professional integration of newcomers, etc. |
