Rezumat

Digital competence is essential for education, professional life and active participation in the society. In the case of pre-university education, it is important to understand this competence and also to cultivate it. In the near future, teachers will have their own framework, called DigCompEdu. According to the preliminary project, six areas of development were defined: the professional environment, the creation and exchange of digital resources, the management of the use of digital tools, the evaluation, the empowerment of the students and the facilitation of the digital competence of the students. The purpose of the research consisted in studying the premises of the formation of the information society, the ways of overcoming the global problem and the training of the specialists able to face the challenges of sex. XXI.
