Presented are the results of SSR analysis of certain Moldavian tomato genotypes (mainly varieties developed at the IGPPP) which use three tme molecular markers from the VegMarksdatabase.Two variantsof the PCR product size aredemonstrated using the marker tme0042.The size of the marker tme0115 is monomorficin all of the tested Moldavian varieties but it differs from the VegMarks basicvariant. Marker tme0047 reveals no difference in tested genotypes. Thus, two markers, tme0042 and tme0115,can be of interestto Moldavian tomato breeders. |
