Rezumat

Superficial discrete "metallurgy" at velocity electrospark process of mass transfer (impulsing discharges with the vibrating anode) is interfaced to the non-uniform phenomena in the superficial layer. In a considered case electrospark carry of graphite, steel 65Г, chrome, molybdenum (a series of samples №3 - №7 accordingly) on lapped superficiality of samples from unred-hot steel 45 was made by elementary isoenergetical acts of the discharge on installation « Impuls - 02 » at the second mode of processing. For comparison samples from initial unred-hot and red-hot steel 45 (№1 and №2 accordingly) were investigated. Structural performances and opportunities on a series of electrospark coverings are presented in [1-3]. Influence of friction on thin structure of the base of the sample was studied under following conditions: frequency reciprotical motion of the sample ν = 1,33Hz; duration tribological trials t = 20 hours; scope of moving of the rubbing pair L = 45mm; pressure upon elements of a coating because of change of the area of a surface of touch during extra earnings changed from Р1 = 144,4МРа - 188,9МРа up to Р2 = 48,2 - 63,0МРа. Diffraction pattems were removed in FeKα - radiation. The x-ray method studied dependences of parameters of a crystal lattice a, the relative microstrain ε, density of dispositions ρ, the average size of grains D of metal (α-Fe a phase) in the superficial layer of a base of samples and textural coefficient TC(hkl) from previous preparation, formation of a coating and process of friction. Ranges of values of the gained parameters are characterized by following areas of changes: а Є[ 2,8488Ǻ;2,8715Ǻ]; D Є [5,6Ǻ;1278,4Ǻ]; ε Є [9,89.10-4;1,98.10-1]; ρ Є [9,52.109 disl./sm2; 4.27.1014 disl./sm2]. Value of parameter TC (hkl) from a material of the base of the sample is influenced with thickness, a composition, inhomogeneities of a coating and the angular factor is bound up with change of thickness of the investigated layer. Generally, in external conditions the tendency of the directed texturing melted during formation of a coating of the superficial part of a base is admissible.figureFig. The variations of textural coefficients of the base of the sample after formation various coatings.
