At the origin of theological ethics is the Word of God and it is formulated in the following fundamental principles: 1)You Shall love the Lord Your God with All Your Heart and with All Your Soul And With All Your Mind(Bible Matthew 22.37); 2)Your Shall Love Your Neighbour As Yourself (Bible. Matthew 22.39); 3)You Shall Not Commit Murder; 4)You Shall Not Commit Adultery; 5)You Shall Not Steal; 6)You Shall Not Bear False Witness (Bible. Matthew 19.18); 7)Whoever Exalts Himself Shall be humbled and Whoever humbles Himself Shall Be Exalted (Bible. Matthew 23.12) These divine principles constitute the foundation of theological ethics and are revealed to man by God, by His Holy Spirit through the prophets and His Son - Jesus Christ, so that man, following them faithfully, can know the Truth, divinely improve himself, ie get closer to God if he wants to and be happy forever. |
