This article focuses on the issue of administrative liability for animal abuse in the Russian Federation. The article provides a detailed analysis of the Federal laws of the Russian Federation, the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, as well as other regulatory acts relating to the history of creation, adoption and consolidation of administrative responsibility in the legislation. Based on the analysis conducted, the author makes suggestions for improving the legislation of the Russian Federation for the protection of animals from cruel treatment. |
