Rezumat

The rapid development of spin-dependent electronics – spintronics, and in the last decade, the appearance of superconducting spintronic devices with extremely high speed of action and practically zero heat dissipation, made the problem of investigation of layered structures based on ferromagnet and superconductor extremely actual either from a practical point of view or a fundamental one. Theoretically predicted phenomenon of reentrant superconducting behavior of heterostructures based on ultra thin layers of superconductor and ferromagnetic should serve as a confirmation of the realization of quantum phenomenon, a quasi-one-dimensional LOFF-like state [1]. Ferromagnet/Superconductor/Ferromagnet (F/S/F) three-layers structure, in which the establishing of a Fulde-Ferrell Larkin-Ovchinnikov (FFLO) like state leads to re-entrance behavior of superconductivity, forms the core structure of the superconducting spin valve [2]. The appearance of pronounced critical temperature oscillations in such three-layers as a function of the ferromagnetic layer thicknesses and the reentrant superconductivity, are the key condition to obtain a large spin valve effect, i.e. a large shift in the critical temperature. Both phenomena have been realized experimentally in the Cu41Ni59/Nb/Cu41Ni59 three-layers, the results of investigation are presented.
