Această lucrarea este o trecere în revista a datelor experimentale şi clinice acumulate privind utilizarea enzimelor proteolitice şi combinaţiilor enzimelor proteolitice cu antibiotice în medicină. O atenţie specială a fost acordată folosirii enzimoantibioticoterapiei în tratamentul peritonitelor difuze. Articolul a fost realizat în baza analizei surselor din MEDLINE şi, de asemenea, surselor autohtone din bibliotecile medicale locale.

This paper is a review of experimental and clinical data regarding therapeutic use of the proteolytic enzymes and of combinations of the enzymes with antibiotics. Particular attention was paid to the issue of treatment of diffuse peritonitis with ferment-antibiotic combinations. The article is based on the analysis of sources found in MEDLINE and moldavian studies found in local medical libraries.
