В статье проводится теоретическое исследование организационно-штатной структуры Национальной полиции Украины как субъекта осуществления превентивной деятельности. Показано, что организационно-штатная структура – это организационная модель Национальной полиции Украины, утвержденная официальным документом, определяющим состав и численность полицейских в подразделении, в органе, учреждении за счет установленных источников финансирования. Отмечено, что в Национальной полиции Украины организационно-штатная структура разрабатывается на основе штата, фондов денежного обеспечения и заработной платы, а также утвержденного объема других финансовых расходов (для обеспечения функционирования полиции, обеспечения униформой, рабочим местом и т.д.).

In the article the theoretical research is providing the organizational structure of the National Police of Ukraine as a subject of preventive activities. It is shown that the organizational and staffing structure is the organizational model of the National Police of Ukraine, approved by an official document that determines the composition and number of police officers, in a unit, in a body, in an institution using established funding sources. It is noted that in the National Police of Ukraine the organizational and staffing structure is developed on the basis of the staff, allowance and salaryfoundation, as well as the approved amount of other financial expenses (to ensure the functioning of the police, in particular, providing uniforms, a workplace, etc.).

Articolul oferă un studiu teoretic al structurii organizaționale și a personalului Poliției Naționale a Ucrainei ca subiect al activităților preventive. Se arată că structura organizatorică și de personal este modelul organizatoric al Poliției Naționale a Ucrainei, aprobat printr-un document oficial care stabilește componența și numărul polițiștilor, într-o unitate, într-un corp, într-o instituție care utilizează surse de finanțare consacrate. Se remarcă faptul că în Poliția Națională a Ucrainei structura organizatorică și de personal este dezvoltată pe baza fondurilor de stat, numerar și salarii, precum și suma aprobată a altor cheltuieli financiare (pentru a asigura funcționarea poliției, în special, asigurarea de uniforme, un loc de muncă etc.).
