Rezumat | |||||
The objective of the study is to analyze the conceptualization of the professional training through the organizational learning. The materials included in the research are articles, monographs, published in the country and abroad. The applied methods include: induction, deduction, comparative analysis, synthesis of bibliographic sources. The conceptual apparatus is defined and some theories are addressed with reference to the professional training process, highlighted theoretical aspects of learning, as well as concepts used to evoke the respective activity. A special place is given to the definition of the vocational training activity through the organizational learning. The final conclusion lies in the need to increase the quality of human capital by capitalizing on the learning process within organizations. |
