The law provides for the possibility of requesting access to state secrets, so public authorities and other legal persons requesting the provision of information assigned to information with limited status are obliged to create conditions that would ensure the protection of this information. International regulations come to motivate national authorities to implement new technology standards to monitor information assigned to specialstatus.
